Quando se tenta gerir um grupo, o pior que pode acontecer é o descrédito. Quando as ordens têm de começar a substituir o esclarecimento e o favorecimento do espírito crítico. Precisamente porque este não quer entrar em cena, e aparece a substituta teimosia cega.
Quando se desiste antes de sequer se tentar, então é tempo de mudar as regras do jogo.
